Support Local BC Online Gift Card Sales

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Support Local BC has created a website to allow customers to purchase gift certificates for local, independent businesses in British Columbia. This helps support our community, encourage social distancing, and will allow businesses to augment their cash flow while we continue to tackle this difficult situation. As of May 10, there are 109 communities participating with 1,742 businesses and they have channeled over $1,068,468 into business’ hands.

Each community has its own page on the site. The Sunshine Coast has over 100 businesses on the site. This service is totally free for businesses, and offers the best way to start generating online sales right now. Learn more about how it works here.
